Invoices land in your inbox. Foozool takes it from there.
Foozool is invoice capture software for freelancers, bookkeepers, and accountants.
It watches Gmail and Outlook for invoice attachments and extracts the vendor, date, and amounts.
You review and approve every record before anything leaves Foozool.
Approved invoices go to your accountant, or sync to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks — Telegram and Google Drive work as extra sources.

Why freelancers and bookkeepers choose Foozool
Manual invoice entry steals hours you could spend on client work or closing the books.
Foozool watches the inboxes and folders you already use instead of adding another upload step.
Extracted fields include vendor name, invoice date, totals, tax lines, and line items when present.
You stay in control: nothing posts to QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks until you approve the record.
Bookkeepers managing several clients keep one queue instead of digging through forwarded PDFs.
Freelancers catch missed bills before they turn into cash-flow surprises at month end.
Built for real accounting workflows
Connect QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks once and reuse the same vendor mappings on every sync.
Telegram capture helps when a receipt never lands in email—snap a photo and send it to your bot.
Google Drive import suits teams that already drop PDFs into a shared client folder.
Gmail monitoring works with multiple mailboxes so personal and business invoices stay separated.
Clear review history makes it easier to answer client questions about what was posted and when.
Smart sync that learns as you work
Foozool learns your vendor-to-account mappings over time so categorization becomes automatic.
Fuzzy vendor matching with EIN lookup prevents duplicate vendors from cluttering your books.
Duplicate detection catches invoices already in QuickBooks before they post a second time.
Bank feed reconciliation hints flag matching transactions so you can reconcile faster.
The more invoices you approve the smarter Foozool gets—less manual work with every sync.

Frequently asked questions
Does Foozool read my email? Foozool requests read-only access and looks for invoice-like messages and PDF attachments. It never sends mail from your account unless you explicitly allow it, and you can disconnect anytime from the Connections page — access is revoked immediately.
Is my data used to train AI models? No. Foozool sends portions of invoice content to AI providers only to extract fields like vendor, date, and amounts, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy. We use API services whose terms exclude training on your data, and we never sell your data.
What happens before an invoice reaches my books? Nothing syncs automatically. Every extracted record sits in a review queue where you check and edit the fields. Only records you approve are posted to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, or FreshBooks.
How much does Foozool cost? Free is $0 forever and includes ads, invoice creation, and basic inbox capture. Starter is $15/month and Pro is $40/month, with a discount on yearly billing. Paid plans are ad-free.
Can I cancel or delete my data? Yes. Cancel in one click from billing settings — no calls, no contracts. You can disconnect mailboxes and delete your account and data at any time.
Which email providers and accounting tools are supported? Gmail and Outlook inboxes, plus Telegram and Google Drive as extra sources. Approved invoices sync to QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and FreshBooks.
Why might Google or Microsoft show Foozool as unverified? Early apps often show an “unverified” warning during OAuth while publisher verification is in progress. That is normal and does not mean Foozool can change your mail. Access stays read-only and you can disconnect anytime.
Who is behind Foozool? Foozool is built and run by its founder, who uses it for his own business and personally answers every support email at support@foozool.com. Early-stage means you get fast answers and a direct line to the person who wrote the code.
